TaeKwon-Do provides students of all ages an opportunity to improve physically, mentally and spiritually. As a result of training, participants notice changes in their breathing, flexibility, mental alertness and general well being. Classes are geared to the abilities of the students so adults who have no training can still participate. Bring your kids and stay and participate with them.

Training times: 

Osler ---- Beginners - white belt to double yellow stripe: 6:00 to 6:45, Yellow belt to Green Belt - 6:45 to 7:30, Blue stripe to black belt: 7:30 - 8:15

Hague ---- Beginners (white belt to double yellow stripe) 6:30 to 7:15, advanced (yellow and up) - 7:15 to 8:00
