28 Movements Pattern Won Hyo

Ready posture: Closed Ready Stance A

1. Move the left foot to B forming a right L-stance while executing a twin outer forearm block to B. (wirro niunja sogi sang bakat palmok makgi)

2. Keeping the same stance, execute a high right knifehand inward strike to B, bringing the left first to the right shoulder. (wirro nopunde sonkal anuro taerigi)

3. Bring the left foot 1/2 way back to the right foot and then slide it back to B to a right fixed stance while executing a left middle punch. Do #1 to #3 consecutively. (wirro gojung  cirro kandae jirugi)

4. Bring the left foot to the right foot and then move the right foot to A forming a left L-stance while executing a twin outer forearm block to A. (cirro niunja sogi sang bakat palmok makgi)

5. Keeping the same stance, execute a high left knifehand inward strike to A, bringing the right fist to the left shoulder. (cirro nopunde sonkal anuro taerigi)

6. Bring the right foot 1/2 way back to the left foot and then slide it back to A to a left fixed stance while executing a right middle punch. Do #4 to $6 consecutively. (cirro gojung wirro kaunde jirugi)

7. Bring the right foot to the left foot, forming a right bending ready stance A, toward D. (wirro goburyo chunbi sogi)

8. Execute a left middle side piercing kick together with a left high punch to D (cirro kaunde yopcha jirugi)

9. Lower the left foot forming a right L-stance while executing a middle knifehand guarding block to D.( wirro niunja sogi kaunde sonkal dabi makgi)

10. Step forward forming a left L-stance while executing a middle knifehand guarding block to D. (cirro niunja sogi kaunde sonkal dabi makgi)

12. Step forward forming a right walking stance while executing a right middle straight fingertip thrust to D. (wirro gunnun sogi wirro kaunde sonkut tulgi)

13. Move the left foot up to the right one and turn counter-clockwise to form a right L-stance to E while executing a twin outer forearm block. (wirro nuinja sogi sang bakat palmok makgi)

14. Keeping the same stance, execute a high right knifehand inward strike to E, bringing the left fist to the right shoulder. (wirro nopunde sonkal anuro taerigi)

15. Bring the left foot halfway back to the right foot and then slide it back to E to a right fixed stance while executing a left middle punch. Do #13 to #15 consecutively. (wirro gojung sogi cirro kandae jirugi)

16. Bring the left foot to the right foot and then move the right foot to F forming a left L-stance while executing a twin outer forearm block to F. (cirro niunja sogi sang bakat palmok makgi)

17. Keeping the same stance, execute a high left knifehand inward strike to F brining the right fist to the left shoulder. (cirro nopunde sonkal anuro taerigi)

18. Bring the right foot 1/2 way back to the left foot and then slide it back to F to a left fixed stance while executing a right middle punch. Do #16 to #18 consecutively (cirro gojung sogi wirro kaunde jirugi)

19. Bring the right foot back to the left foot and then move the left foot to C forming a left walking stance while executing a right circular block with the right inner forearm on line DB (cirro gunun sogi wirro dollimyo makgi)

20. Execute a right middle front snap kick to C keeping the position of the hands as they were in #19 (wirro kaunde apcha busigi)

21. Lower the right foot in a right walking stance to C while executing a left reverse middle punch to C. (wirro gunun sogi cirro so bandae kaunde jirugi)

22. Execute a left circular block with the inner forearm on line DA while maintaining the right walking stance to C.(cirro dollimyo makgi wirro gunun sogi)

23. Execute a left middle front snap kick to C keeping the position of the hands as they were in #22. (cirro kaunde apcha busigi)

24. Lower the left foot in ta left walking stance to C while executing a right reverse middle punch to C(cirro gunun sogi wirro so bandae kaunde jirugi)

15. Bring the right leg up forming a left bending ready stance A to C.(cirro goburyo chunbi sogi)

26. Execute a right middle side piercing kick together with a right high punch to C.(wirro kaunde yopcha jirugi wirro nopunde jirugi)

27. Lower the right foot approximately half a foot away from and behind the left one  on a 45o angle to line CD, then move the left foot, turning counter-clockwise, to B forming a right L-stance with an outer forearm guarding block to B.(wirro niunja sogi)

28. Bring the left foot to the right one and then move the right foot to A forming a left L-stance with an outer forearm guarding block. (cirro niunja sogi bakat palmok daebi makgi)
